How it Works
At checkout, 5% of your total purchase will be credited to your PLATINUM REWARDS account. On your next visit, you can redeem your PLATINUM REWARDS dollars towards any future purchase in-store. As a PLATINUM REWARDS member, you will also gain special access to contests, exclusive offers, limited edition products and much more!
If you were already a Loyalty Rewards member, we have automatically transferred your earned dollars to your new PLATINUM REWARDS account.
Terms & Conditions
Starting February 1, 2023, all Platinum Rewards dollars earned by customers who have not shopped at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop within 365 days will expire. Dollars can be earned on all regular, sale and clearance priced items. PLATINUM REWARDS dollars can not be redeemed on any tobacco products. Presentation of photo I.D. is required during the redemption process. PLATINUM REWARDS dollars can only be redeemed on purchases and have no cash value. Management reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this program at any time.
