Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Giveaway Official Contest Rules & Regulations

Contest Details
The contest is sponsored and administered by the Windsor Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop Inc. The contest begins immediately upon publication of the giveaway post and closes at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

Eligibility
* Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, residing in Canada or the United States.
* Entrants must have an active Facebook and/or Instagram (Meta) account.
* Employees of Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
* No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter
Earn entries by completing any of the following actions during the contest period:
*Like the official contest post
*Follow the Tunnel Duty Free Shop Facebook and/or Instagram account
*Share the official contest post
*Tag a friend in the comments (1 entry per unique account tagged)
*BONUS ENTRY: Share the official contest post to your Story

Each eligible action earns one ballot. Participants may earn multiple entries by completing all qualifying actions on one or both eligible Meta platforms where applicable.

Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive: Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses (Gen 2)
Approximate Retail Value: $520CDN
The prize will consist of one of the following models, subject to availability at the time the prize is awarded:
– Wayfarer (Gen 2) – Frame: Shiny Black | Lenses: G15 Green
– Wayfarer (Gen 2) – Frame: Matte Black | Lenses: Polar Gradient Graphite

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries shortly after the contest closes. The selected winner will be contacted through the Facebook or Instagram account used to enter.

Claiming the Prize
The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification. If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible entrant may be selected. The winner may be required to answer a skill-testing question, where required by law.

Prize Pickup
The prize must be picked up in person at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop in Windsor, Ontario. The prize will not be shipped or mailed. The winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification when claiming the prize. If the selected winner does not pick up the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible entrant may be selected.

General Conditions
By entering, participants grant Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and/or social media username on its marketing channels without additional compensation. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Entries generated through automated means, bots, or fraudulent activity will be disqualified. Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Duty Free Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or technical failures affecting entries. Decisions of the Sponsor regarding all aspects of the contest are final.

Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this contest and will not be sold or shared except as required to administer the giveaway or by law.
